Coaching is about helping someone else learn without telling them what to do or what to think. The idea is that the coachee (the "coachee") makes all the decisions and decisions. Ultimately, coaching helps people reach their full potential by helping them unlock their thinking and remove obstacles.
The International Coach Federation defines coaching and the responsibilities of the coach as follows.
Coaches consider each client an expert in their own life and work, believing that each client is creative, resourceful, and whole. A professional coaching relationship includes an agreement that outlines the responsibilities of each party in the coaching process. When coaching is built on this foundation, the coach's responsibilities include:
Discovering, clarifying and aligning with what the client wants to achieve,
Encouraging the client to discover himself/herself,
To reveal the solutions and strategies produced by the client,
To make the client responsible and accountable

The mentoring process supports and encourages mentees to manage their own learning to maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance, and become the person they aspire to be. Mentoring is a powerful tool for personal development and empowerment. It involves a partnership between two individuals (mentor and mentee) who work in a similar field or share similar experiences.
Protecting client information in the coaching relationship and agreeing that the content of sessions will remain confidential. Furthermore, clearly explaining what information will be shared and how it will be shared in sponsored coaching sessions.

Values are what is considered important in life, what makes life worth living. Values also guide decisions about what is morally right and wrong. There are many different types of values: social, personal, moral, cultural, business, and many more. Values and beliefs play a significant role in coaching.
In line with the evaluation results, the client's growth targets are discussed and defined, and the main themes are established. Establishing designed targets.
A driving factor or something that inspires movement or action.
They are simple behaviors that occur regularly and consistently. Habits often require an individual to learn a new skill or behavior. Specifically, this allows the brain to create mental 'maps' or connections to facilitate the task. Until one day, it becomes easier and more routine. The brain can then focus on other avenues.

A Life Coach works with clients to set personal goals, devise a plan to achieve them (inspired by the client's aspirations), and create the life they want to live. They support clients in taking action in areas where they want to change their lives, overcoming obstacles, learning from setbacks, and motivating themselves to move forward.

The DiSC Assessment is a personal assessment tool designed to help increase workplace productivity, teamwork, communication, and develop leadership skills. DiSC stands for the four universal human behaviors of Dominance, Incentive, Submission, and Compliance. When a person takes the DiSC Assessment, their dominant behavior falls into one or more of these categories. It measures observable behavioral tendencies. Understanding how and why you do what you do provides valuable insight into your uniqueness and the value you bring to your work, your home, and those around you. As Danny Silk writes in “The Essential DiSC Training Workbook,” “Understanding ourselves helps us understand each other.
A 360-Degree Appraisal is a method that gathers feedback from the leader's supervisor, peers, subordinates, and themselves. This allows the leader to understand how they are perceived within the organization and to set personal and professional goals. A 360-Degree Appraisal provides a holistic approach to employee performance. Performance is measured alongside skills such as leadership qualities, communication skills, and team coordination.
The VIA Strengths Inventory is a psychological assessment designed to identify an individual's character strengths. It was created by Christopher Peterson and Martin Seligman, renowned researchers in the field of positive psychology. The 34 strengths on the assessment are categorized into six categories: Wisdom and Knowledge, Courage, Love and Humanity, Justice, Balance and Spirituality, and Transcendence. On average, individuals will be happier in their work if they utilize their Specific Strengths.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) is a nonprofit, professional organization representing personal and business coaches worldwide. ICF is the leading certification body for coaches, and as of July 2020, ICF had approximately 41,500 members in 147 countries and territories. Founded in 1995, ICF campaigns globally for professional standards in the coaching profession and provides independent certification for professional coaches (through the ICF Credential) and coach education programs (through ICF Education Program Accreditation). As of July 2020, there were 30,079 coaches in 130 countries and territories who held one of the three ICF Credentials: 16,898 Associate Certified Coach (ACC); 11,946 Professional Certified Coach (PCC); and 1,235 Master Certified Coach (MCC).
There are three levels of certification available to coaches through the International Coach Federation (ICF). The Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification is currently the highest certification available in the coaching profession, awarded by the International Coach Federation. A Master Certified Coach represents the pinnacle of coaching skills and experience. As of 2020, there are only 1,235 MCC coaches worldwide. To achieve the MCC level, coaches must complete 10 hours of qualified mentoring, pass the CKA exam, have 2,500 hours of coaching experience, and complete 200 hours of coach-specific training.

The Professional Certified Coach designation is the second-highest certification awarded by the International Coach Federation. Coaches are required to have 500 hours of coaching experience and at least 125 hours of coach-specific training. To achieve the PCC level, coaches must also have 10 hours of qualified mentoring and pass the CKA exam.

The Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification is the first level of certification available through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Coaches are required to have 100 hours of coaching experience and 60 hours of coach-specific training. To achieve the ACC level, coaches must complete 10 hours of qualified mentoring and pass a written exam.
